The Fraen Injection Molding department is a three shift operation engaged in manufacturing components for automotive, marine, electronic and medical applications. Processes are engineered to run with minimum maintenance.

The department currently houses injection molding machines with clamping pressures up to 66 tons (horizontal) and 28 tons (vertical). The machines manufacture more than 20 million components annually. With the development of three shift operation, Fraen is currently involved in an aggressive marketing effort to exploit its high capacity and expects rapid growth in this area.

Engineering, production, and marketing personnel have extensive  industry experience. This level of expertise allows Fraen to increase quality, increase capacity, and reduce cost in its current industries and provides the necessary capacity and confidence required to penetrate new markets successfully.
